Certificate in Community Real Estate Developement Program
CRED Tampa Bay 2013
This three-module program is designed to give participants the tools to carry out successful, affordable housing and community development initiatives. It supports the work of non-profit community-based and public agencies involved in or responsible for the delivery of community and economic development related services.

Public Records Management Certification
This two-day training, facilitated by Steve Lewis, SML, Inc. covers contemporary records management issues and updates public sector administrators and staff about:
- Records management and maintenance under the laws of Florida.
- New technologies and management systems in the field of records management.

Florida Association of Code Enforcement Certification: Spring 2013 Dates
Registration is a two-part process. You must register for the class and exam separately.

Exam Fees and Payment Deadlines
F.A.C.E. Members: $75.00 if payment is postmarked no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the exam date. Late Member fee of $110.00 if payment is received after that date.
P.O.’s must be provided prior to the cut-off date to avoid the higher fee.
Non-Members: $125.00 if payment is postmarked no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the exam date. Late Non-Member fee of $160.00 if payment is received after that date.
Refunds must be requested in writing no less than three days prior to the exam date. Fees will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee. Beyond this date all monies are forfeit.
A $15.00 fee applies to all rescheduled exams.
