In order to be eligible for the exam, you must have completed all sections of the classroom instruction. The exam fee is $100 for Active Members, and $150 for Non-Members . You will be automatically registered for the exam when your registration and payment for the class are received, and provided an invoice from the UCF IOG via e-mail for payment. Payment for the exam may be made by calling 407.882.3960 with valid card information (VISA, MASTERCARD, OR DISCOVER are accepted), or by mailing a check, payable to the University of Central Florida, to: The John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government, 12443 Research Pkwy., Suite 402, Orlando, FL 32826.

Certification courses offered through the Florida Institute of Government in partnership with the state of Florida University System will be allowed to be held in accord with the state of Florida and University COVID-19 guidelines and safety protocols. ALL CLASS ATTENDEES WHO DO NOT FOLLOW COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TRAINING AND WILL NOT RECEIVE CEH’s OR REFUNDS.

Class size is limited and registration will be closed when capacity has been reached. The registration fee includes course materials. Participants will be on their own for lunch. Due to the strong interest in the certification program and limitations on class size, registrations will be confirmed only if they are accompanied by payment.

Registration is a two-part process. First, register for the course. Next, register for the exam: our affiliate office, Florida Institute of Government at UCF, manages exam registration. The link will direct you to their website where you can register and pay for the exam. Please note that the course fee does not cover the cost of the exam. No person may attend a F.A.C.E. training or take an exam if approved payment has not been made prior to the start of the class or exam.

˅ Course Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than one week prior to the first day of classes. In such cases, the registration fee, less a $50 administration charge, will be refunded. No requests for refunds will be honored after that date. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal or refund.
