The institute's training programs include a variety of workshops for individuals at all levels. The programs are designed to provide participants with training to enhance management skills and decision-making abilities.

The institute also offers specialized training to meet the needs of our constituents. Such programs include a two-day Records Management Certification course; training classes for Code Enforcement personnel in our 9-county service area in cooperation with the Florida Association of Code Enforcement and the Institute of Elected Municipal Officers in collaboration with the Florida League of Cities.
